I don't know why you're posting this thread when I answered in the other:

* Heimerdinger's not in a good spot
* We don't think he is in a good spot
* We are remaking him
* It's not ready yet
* Other thread explains why these take awhile

So, we agree that Heimerdinger is in a bad spot. We're working on him, but not at the detriment of the preseason update which is our 100% focus right now. When we get that finished, we'll likely be turning our attention back towards him to continue on the rework.

There will always be "Eve" that needs a rework - and after Heimer will be someone else (wagers on who? ). We're gonna keep doing reworks and fix old champions!

Exactly - Zyra and Heimerdinger don't even have the same play pattern, nor do we want them to.

You, yourself, have said many times that reworks, nerfs, and rebalances inevitably make some players mad, why should a very very very small portion of the LoL commuity hold back the rest of it from enjoying one champion?

Aside from Karma, Heimer, all the melee carries, Nasus, and maybe Poppy, I don't know of anyone else who really needs a rework to be better/viable (I know you want to rework Yorick for other reasons).
I might - I have a couple I'm more worried about the fallout than I am optimal design (Nasus, Soraka, Jax, I'm looking at you!). I think you're right they should be changed, but I think it's hard to look down the barrel of that gun all the time.
